We're Not Perfect

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the We’re Not Perfect mobile application (“App”) operated by D3 Marketing, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using We’re Not Perfect, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use social media services) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Use the App for any unlawful, harassing, hateful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful purpose.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Post content that infringes on another’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation, servers, or networks.
Use bots, automated scripts, or scraping tools to collect information or manipulate engagement.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or are otherwise inappropriate, as determined by us.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create, post, or share through the App (“User Content”). However, by posting User Content, you grant D3 Marketing, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences of sharing it. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

All other content and materials available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, are the property of D3 Marketing, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion by contacting us at customerservice@d3marketingllc.com.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
